Our full-length knee brace socks are designed to be worn under the knee brace. The uppers are constructed with Coolmax yarn, a material that absorbs and wicks moisture to the outside for quick evaporation, with an X-Flow mesh at the back for increased ventilation. To keep the socks from slipping down, they have silicone printed, non-slip cuffs. They feature flatlock stitching for added comfort and also sport reinforced ankle, heel and instep sections.
